To send Files directly to Ethos College Recruiting please complete the form in its entirety.

Documents –  Make sure all documents are named with first name_surname_ in front of a file name that includes what the document consists of.  For example: John_Doe_EthosQuestionnaire.pdf

Video –  For all video files, please include first name_surname_matchdetails for each video file, you can send any video file type (including .mp4, .mov, .avi, .f4v, or .VOB).  For example:  John_Doe_JuventusRoma_1stHalf.mp4

In the Message section, please include any pertinent information regarding the documents or footage.  For video, please do not forget to send identifying marks (i.e. jersey numbers), or other important information for us to review and assess the footage.  For any video files that you provide, please remember to always send the highest resolution possible (1024 x 768 or higher is recommended) and always send full game footage for us to review and edit.
